Ségécé Italia will expose at EIRE 2010 The exhibition area of Rho Fiera in Milan will host from 8th to 10th June 2010 the 6th edition of EIRE (Expo Italia Real Estate), one of the major international exhibitions for Real Estate market. This year Ségécé Italia will be there for the second time to present the restyling projects of Pescara Nord Shopping Centre and Bicocca Village Gate as well as to commercialize the new spaces at La Romanina, which come from the great renovation project of the centre ended in December 2009. March 4th, 2010: inauguration of the new shop OVS Industry in Pescara Nord Shopping Center March 4th, 2010 - Today a new shop OVS Industry was inaugurated in Pescara Nord Shopping Center. This store was already present in the center but over the past few months it has been completely renewed: its 1,656 sq.m. GLA have been shaped according to the new OVS Industry format which is based on the concept of the industrial design (that’s why using Industry in the naming). Materials, lights and shapes have turned the shop into a shining loft where smooth and stipple surfaces, black plasters, shiny floors and brick walls coexist in perfect harmony. The inauguration of the shop OVS Industry is the first one among a lot of other openings to come before the end of the enlargement project of Pescara Nord Shopping Center, which is supposed to be finished before the end of this year. More spaces at Pescara Nord Shopping Center! Pescara Nord shopping center is currently involved in a very important renovation project which is based on 3 different interventions, such as: - the construction of some new Mid-sized Units increasing the commercial offer; - the building up of 2 new Stands Alone which will vary the merchandising mix of the center; - the enlargement of the covered parking area which will simplify accessibility to the center. This renovation project will allow some 30 new shops to enter in, and this will increase the total GLA of the center from 27.000 to nearly 33.000 sq.m. The interior design will be equally renewed as well as the enlightening and conditioning systems, in order to make new and old decorations uniform and respect the high quality standards necessary to visitors’ satisfaction. A great opening ceremony for the new mall of La Romanina Shopping Center! The 15th December 2009 the opening ceremony of the new mall took place in the new central mall situated at the ground floor of La Romanina Shopping Center. The participants could admire its brand new image and took part to an amusing show throughout the day. A prize-giving ceremony displayed during the main show was prepared among the communication campaign planned for the launch of the new mall of the shopping centre. Moncalieri Shopping Center: a great renovation into the mall! The 10th December 2009 Moncalieri Shopping Center inaugurated its new mall: 11 years after its former inauguration, the shopping center presented to a very enthusiastic and crowded public, its new and modern food court, a new interior decoration as well as some new enlightening false ceilings into the mall. After 5 months of works the shopping center took on a new captivating image, and now it offers a large range of commercial activities: among the 30 shops present into the mall, there are 4 Mid-sized Units, 3 restoration shops, a Carrefour hypermarket, an anchor store of 1.500 sq.m dedicated to electronic items, such as Darty, and even more services. Work in progress at Moncalieri shopping center! Moncalieri shopping center is being concerned by a renovation project which aims particularly at requalifying the front doors, the ceilings and the food court, as well as increasing the value of the center by giving it a new image, more actual, comfortable and charming than before. Among the various works of requalification, a particular attention will be drawn to the ones dealing with the lightening of the mall and of the food court, where some white LED lights will make the natural light even more warming. Moreover, the design of the whole food court will be completely renewed through a new interior decoration and the installation of a plant standing in the centre and giving it a nice touch of naturalism. La Romanina website turns to beauty! At the end of April 2009 the website of La Romanina Shopping Center was renovated in order to find the right balance between interesting news and useful services to the customers, exhibitors and retailers. The purpose of this operation is to communicate to visitors the great renovation project of the interior and exterior sides of the shopping center, as well as to inform about the different stages of the works, to catch public attention, to create suspense and to distinguish itself from the other competitors.
